We have been supporting our international maritime customers since 2016 assisting them to meet the challenges of the future, to safely master storms and shallow waters on the journey to their destination. We get involved in day-to-day operations, advise on nautical-technical affairs, conduct audits and inspections or prepare effective strategic concepts, including also HR related matters. Training, coaching and workshops support the change.
Our know-how and an experienced team of shipping experts support you, among other things, in the search for personnel, in running future projects or in quality assurance and adaptation measures for the fleet, i.e. when "setting the sail".

Inspections and audits

The safety of the employees on board, a problem-free operation of the ship, cargo care and the protection of the environment are integral components of seamanship as well as maritime thinking and acting. An extensive, internationally valid set of rules supports the day-to-day work.

Via a network of highly qualified, independent nautical-technical inspectors, we offer ship inspections and audits in order to document compliance with these rules and the condition of the ship on behalf of the customer.
